It is much better than the inflatable ones I have used in the past. This with some good noise canceling headphones and you are good to go! Happy travels!

The other ones seem to support less and less the more they are used. This pillow holds its shape and gives continuous support. We just used them on a 6 hour flight and they supported the entire time.
